Warriors in Pink

She Said:
This post is special to my heart personally. First I will explain what this title means. I drive a Ford vehicle, and it came to my attention that Ford has introduced Warriors in Pink and the Ford Warriors in Pink line of clothing and gear. All proceeds for these purchases go to a wide-range of charities. Huge sponsorship is Komen Race for the Cure. My mother survived breast cancer and I hold her strength in my heart so anything I can do to support and find a cure, I will! My dad was kind enough to purchase and gift this amazing 2011 scarf. I love the detail featuring the great bold pink family and floral designs make this one of my favorite scarves for the holidays! I wanted a bright ensemble so this scarf stands out. These hot pink jeans are from Forever 21, love the fit and highlighter intense color! I wore my sheer high low collared blouse also from F21, it tames the bold jeans. The light denim jacket looks great with all of the colors in the scarf. I added a bit of camel color to this look being I wore this out last night in Manhattan Beach for the holiday Christmas fireworks show, it was going to get chilly. These boots were a black Friday find at Macy's for only 39.00, I love the tiny buckle and they were so comfortable being we walked a lot! The camel tote is from DTLA and paired nicely with this look. Below are a few photos from the show and my nephew looking so happy! Thank you for visiting our blog, we love all of your sweet comments. Here is the link for Warriors in Pink again if you want to purchase a gift for Christmas, it helps wonderful charities! Happy Monday everyone!

This is pink done right. It looks great without being over the top, a lot of times when I see women try to wear bright colors it either blinds me or just looks like a horrible rainbow. But here she has a great splash of color between her pants and scarf. It’s also not just about the bright colors; the neutrals she picked out are also just as important. They help tone things down and bring the outfit into prospective. I guess what I am trying to say is if you’re going to wear super bright colors like in this outfit don’t pick every bright article of clothing you have, and make sure to pair it with great neutrals like here. Besides the color is a nice pink and her pants fit great, her jacket is very cute, short and scarves are one of those clothing items that look great on everyone. Especially this one because it supports a great cause.
