DIY For my Bracelets and Necklaces
I also spent my weekend crafting and organizing. He helped me as well, so it was a team effort. My first DIY (short for Do It Yourself) was to make a wall bracelet holder. I don’t have much counter space AT ALL in my bathroom so I needed to utilize my walls, and shelves are not an option. 1. I used standard bracelet holders from Michael’s that were 40% off, or about $7.00 each. 2. I bought strong double sided tape at Home Depot for $6.97. 3. I positioned the holders on my wall and pushed really hard to make them stick. I love the way they turned out. 4. Compelted
The second DIY was making a necklace area, because currently I have too many necklaces on just three hooks. We had a piece of spare wood in the garage, which I painted blue. We drilled holes in a zig zag pattern, and I then painted the knobs which I bought for 99 cents. I bought six, but I didn’t like the black color, so I took out my glittered nail polish and a top coat and painted them. I love the way they turned out. He was kind enough to measure and level out the piece and stick it on the wall. I then organized my necklaces by height. This simple project draws your eye upward in my bathroom so it appears larger. Hope you all enjoy it! XO
Used an old piece of wood and painted it.
Painted the knobs with my glitter OPI nail polish and essie top coat
Screwing in the knobs in place
Putting the double sided tape down
We pushed really hard to have it stick!
The final product, I really LOVE it!
The final DIY projects - what do you all think? Have a wonderful Monday!
