Awards season is truly underway, with the Peoples Choice Awards taking place two days ago and with the Golden Globes coming up this weekend, and now the Critics Choice Awards took place yesterday allowing the stars to fit yet another awards ceremony in their schedules.
Stars such as Anne Hathaway, Eva Longoria and Emily Blunt where just some of the stars to grace the red carpet with many opting for gowns in a variety of colours. Red, blue and black seemed to be popular colours amongst the stars perhaps giving us a hint as to what they will be wearing at the Golden Globes this weekend. Scroll down to see who wore what.
LBD's
Black gowns once again proved popular.
Jamie King chose Jason Wu.
Jennifer Lawrence chose Prabul Gurung.
Naomi Watts opted for a very simple Emilio Pucci dress. I do think she should have opted for some statement jewellery.
Emmy Rossum in Caroline Herrara
Natural beauties.
Some stars opted for white gowns and natural toned gowns. For me though it was Emily Blunt who stole the show, she looked stunning.
Emily Blunt Miu Miu
Elle Fanning chose Chanel. Personally I think this dress is awful, it does nothing for Elle.
Anne Hathaway opted for a shimmering Oscar de la Renta gown.
And the rest
Check out what other styles stars opted for.
Nina Dobrey sparkled in Monique Lhullier
Marion Cotillard chose Zuhair Murad. Really don't like this dress.
Eva Longoria looked lovely in Monique Lhuillier
Amanda Seyfriend looked pretty and worked this unusual Marios Schwab dress well.
