Sanctuary Salon and Spa in Seal Beach, is owned by Anita who is so sweet! They have a wonderful professional staff including Chantell who styled my hair (thank you)! Not only do they cut color and style hair they have skin care services including waxing and facials in a sophisticated spa area.
