Magnum City Hunt // The Event

Last Saturday, I took off to Hasselt for my 'job' as the Magnum City Hunt ambassador. One of my readers won a personal shopping trip and lunch with yours truly. It turns out that the winner was a boy (Who actually has a beauty blog for men, how cool is that? You can check it out here.), so I didn't know what to expect. It's not that I get to re-style a boy every day, so I was excited and a bit nervous at the same time. 

Turns out my worries were useless, 'cause Philippe and I had the best time. I even forgot to take pictures from time to time - bad blogger / ambassador - because we were too busy laughing and talking about our experiences as a fashion and beauty blogger. Thank God I'm an Instagram addict, so I did manage to snap some Instagram pics. 

I'd like to thank Magnum and S. & T. for giving me this opportunity and for all the help. #Sweet

Confessions of a true Twitter / Instagram addict.

Philippe immediately spotted these cool, bright blue sneakers and it was love at first sight. But then something awful happened... They didn't had his size anymore. :( 

We decided to go for option nr. 2, which was still available in Philippe's size. We all know the bitter feeling of having to choose your second option, don't we? Check out that poor guy's bummed face! #ShoulderPat

When Philippe tried on his second option in his usual size, it turned out that the shoes were waaaay too big. A little light bulb popped up above my head and I told him: "If these are your usual size and they are still too big, why don't you try out the pair you wanted in the first place? Maybe they'll suit you anyway." And so he did and guess what? They fitted perfectly! See that happy grin? That's what I was aiming for that Saturday.

A quick Instagram shot to update my followers. Yayyy! Philippe decided to wear his new shoes immediately. He was as happy as a kid in a candy store. So much fun to watch! :D So, what do ya think? Do you like 'em?

We decided to go for lunch afterwards, but I forgot to take pics because I was sooo hungry. My brain fails to think about nothing other than food when my tummy's empty. After lunch, we went to get our dessert: Magnum ice cream, of course! Yum! I think this is their new flavor and I loved it.

Philippe and I were totally unaware these pictures were taken. I'm still wondering if it was the fella with his iPhone. :D Kudos to Tom for sending them to me.
